• Email engagement data, such as whether an email was opened or a link clicked
Information created while you are a member
• Recordings of live group calls, which may include your voice, image and contributions
• Recordings of one to one calls, where applicable
• Your progress through course content and your participation in the community
• Where you use the Freedom Business Platform, the contact and business data you upload into your own account
Live group calls are recorded and replays are made available to members. If you would prefer not to appear in a recording, you can keep your camera off and take part through the chat.

Most of the providers above are based outside Jersey, principally in the United States. Where personal information is transferred outside Jersey we rely on appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and the data protection commitments in our contracts with those providers.
Jersey has been recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection.

9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first so we can try to put it right.
You also have the right to complain to the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner at jerseyoic.org. If you are in the United Kingdom, you may instead complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
10. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls and reputable service providers. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet.
11. Children
Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Where changes are significant, we will let you know by email.
