Freedom Business System — Terms and Conditions Last updated: April 2026
Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or applying to the Freedom Business System. By purchasing a place in the Freedom Business System or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
The Freedom Business System is operated by Kristin Morris Coaching, based in Jersey, Channel Islands. You can contact us at [email protected].
2. The programme
The Freedom Business System is a business education and coaching programme for coaches and consultants. It is available in two formats: a done-with-you option and a done-for-you option. Full details of what is included in each option are set out on the programme sales page at freedombusinesssystem.co.
The programme includes weekly live calls, curriculum content, access to the Freedom Business Platform trial, a ClickUp operating system build, done-for-you standard operating procedures, and associated templates and resources.
3. Payment
Programme fees are as stated on the sales page at the time of purchase. Fees must be paid in full or in accordance with the payment plan selected at the time of purchase. Where a payment plan is selected, all instalments must be completed. Failure to complete instalments does not entitle you to continued access to the programme.
Payment is processed securely through the Freedom Business Platform. We do not store your card details.
4. Refund policy
We want you to feel confident in your investment. Due to the nature of digital content and the live programme format, we are unable to offer refunds once programme access has been granted and the first call has taken place. If you have a concern about the programme before your first call, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve it.
In the event that we are unable to deliver the programme as described due to circumstances within our control, we will offer a pro-rata refund or a suitable alternative arrangement at our discretion.
5. The Freedom Business Platform
Both programme options include a free trial of the Freedom Business Platform for the duration of the programme. After the programme, continuation of the Freedom Business Platform is available at £97 per month. This is a separate subscription and is not included in the programme fee beyond the trial period.
You are not obligated to continue with the Freedom Business Platform after your programme. However, any systems, automations, and content built inside the platform during the programme will only remain accessible if you continue your subscription.
6. Intellectual property
All content provided within the Freedom Business System — including curriculum materials, frameworks, templates, swipe files, call recordings, and any other resources — is the intellectual property of Kristin Morris Coaching. You are licensed to use this content for your own personal business purposes. You may not reproduce, share, resell, or distribute any programme materials to third parties without prior written permission.
The LEAD Framework, Freedom CEO Operating System, and all associated proprietary frameworks are the intellectual property of Kristin Morris Coaching.
7. Confidentiality
The Freedom Business System includes live group calls. Information shared by other participants in those calls is shared in confidence. You agree not to record, share, or disclose information shared by other participants without their explicit consent.
8. Your responsibilities
The Freedom Business System is a coaching and education programme. Results depend on your participation, implementation, and individual circumstances. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. You are responsible for your own business decisions and for taking action on what you learn.
To get the most from the programme, you are expected to attend live calls where possible, to complete the checklist provided at onboarding, and to engage with the curriculum and community in good faith.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kristin Morris Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your participation in the Freedom Business System or your use of the Freedom Business Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the programme.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jersey, Channel Islands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jersey.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when they were last updated. Continued participation in the programme following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
