Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the Terms) apply when you use freedombusinesssystem.com, register for a Freedom Business System® masterclass or event, apply for the programme, or buy a place on it. Please read them before you join.

1. About us

Freedom Business System® is operated by Kristin Morris, a sole trader based in Jersey, Channel Islands, trading as Freedom Business System® and Freedom CEO® (we, us, our). You can contact us at [email protected] or write to us at PO Box 163, Jersey, JE4 8RJ.

2. These Terms and the Client Agreement

These Terms cover the website, our free masterclasses and events, and the process of applying for and buying the programme.

The programme itself is governed by the Freedom Business System® Client Coaching Agreement (the Client Agreement), which you accept when you join, either by ticking the box at checkout or by signing it. The Client Agreement sets out what is included, payment and refund terms, the Freedom Business Platform access included in the programme, and important earnings and financial disclaimers. If anything in these Terms is different from the Client Agreement, the Client Agreement wins.

The Freedom Business Platform access included in the programme is also governed by the Freedom Business Platform terms and conditions.

3. Using the website

  1. You may use the website for your own information. You must not copy, scrape or republish its content, try to break or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful.
  2. We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but programme details, dates and prices may change. The details that apply to you are those shown on the checkout page and in your Client Agreement when you join.
  3. The website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or how they use your data.

4. Masterclasses and events

  1. Free masterclasses and webinars are provided as they are. We may change the date or time, and replays may only be available for a limited period.
  2. Masterclasses may be recorded. We will tell you if a session is being recorded and how to avoid appearing in it.
  3. For paid events, the ticket price, what it includes and the cancellation terms will be shown when you book. If we cancel a paid event, you can choose a full refund or a place at a rescheduled event. We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs you have booked.

5. Applying and joining

  1. Some rounds of the programme are available by application. We may decline an application if we do not think the programme is the right fit for you at this stage, and we do not have to give a reason.
  2. You must be at least 18 to join.
  3. Your place is confirmed when you have accepted the Client Agreement and made your first payment, and we have sent you a confirmation email.
  4. Places in some rounds are limited. Where a round has a set number of places, they are offered in the order payments are received.

6. Prices

  1. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) on the sales page and at checkout. We are not currently registered for Jersey GST, so no GST is added to our prices.
  2. Where a payment plan is offered, the total cost and the amount and number of instalments will be shown at checkout. A payment plan is a way of paying the full programme fee over time, not a subscription that can be cancelled.
  3. Launch or founding prices are only available for the period stated and cannot be applied to past purchases.
  4. If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we will contact you and you can choose whether to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

7. Earnings and advice disclaimers

We are proud of what the programme helps people build, and we sometimes share income figures, launch results, goals and client stories, including our own. These illustrate what is possible. They are not typical, they are not a promise, and they are not a prediction of what you will earn. Your results depend on many things outside our control, including your offer, market, effort, consistency and finances.

Nothing on the website, in our masterclasses or in the programme is financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, and we are not authorised or regulated to give such advice. The full disclaimers are set out in the Client Agreement.

Testimonials and case studies we share are from real clients, use their real words and are shared with their permission.

8. Intellectual property

The website and all programme content belong to us or our licensors. Freedom CEO® and Freedom Business System® are registered trade marks. The LEAD Framework and the COIN Method are our proprietary methodologies. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. We provide the website and free masterclasses free of charge and as they are, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of them or reliance on free content. Our liability in relation to the programme is set out in the Client Agreement.

10. Privacy

The Freedom Business System® Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal data and forms part of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies is the one shown on the website when you use it or buy from us.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Island of Jersey, and the courts of Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that if you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
