What's the difference between the two tiers?
Everything is identical except the private coaching. Both tiers get the full curriculum, the ClickUp operating system, the Claude agents, 12 months of platform access and all three monthly calls.
The 1:1 tier adds two private calls with me every month for six months, working on your business specifically. It's capped at five places, because that's genuinely how many I can deliver properly alongside everything else.
How long does the programme run?
Six months of structured delivery, and 12 months of access.
The curriculum is recorded in full before you start, so you set the pace. Most people work through it over six months alongside the calls, but nothing is gated and nothing expires while you're finding your rhythm. Course access is yours for the lifetime of the programme.
Is the training live or recorded?
Recorded, and finished before you join. That's deliberate.
It means nobody falls behind and nobody waits for a module to be released. It also means the live calls aren't spent teaching. They're spent on the thing recordings can't do, which is getting you unstuck on your specific business.

What if I can't make the calls live?
Everything is recorded and indexed. You can submit questions in advance and I'll cover them on the call, so you get your answer even if you're not there.
That said, the people who get the most out of this are the ones who show up. If your diary genuinely won't allow any live calls for six months, this probably isn't the right time.
I'm not very technical. Will I cope?
Yes, and this is exactly what the Tech Lab exists for. You bring the thing that won't work and we build it together on the call rather than you losing another evening to it.
The operating system arrives pre-built, the agents arrive pre-built, and the platform is a single login rather than seven tools you have to connect yourself. Most of the technical work has already been done for you.
I've bought programmes before and never finished them. Why would this be different?
